How to Proceed with Repairing Inflatable Products
The repair of inflatable products depends on the type of damage. Minor tears can be repaired using PVC patches and suitable adhesive, while damaged seams cannot be repaired. It is also important to correctly detect air or water leaks in swimming pools, hot tubs, inflatable beds and boats and choose the appropriate adhesive or replacement parts.

Do you have boat patches?
Intex boat patches have the number 11410A. But any PVC patch can be used. Use in combination with the adhesive for soft PVC. Intex does not manufacture adhesives.

How do I patch a small crack or hole?
Only pinholes and small cracks that occur on a flat surface (in welds, joints and edges) can be glued with a higher percentage of success. If the defect is on a suede surface, then before gluing, remove the suede from the patch area with a fine emery cloth and degrease the area with white spirit. Then apply the patch. You can use any PVC patch and any PVC glue for gluing. Intex does not manufacture PVC adhesives.

Where can I get my airbed, boat, pool or PureSpa tub repaired?
The service centers only repair the electrical parts of hot tubs and selected types of defects of inflatable tubs. Other products such as inflatable boats, airbeds or pools cannot be repaired, but we do offer spare parts for them that you can purchase from us.
